In the UK, where all Quoted companies must retain a corporate broker, we will accept appointments of sole corporate broker or joint broker with likeminded clients and aim to have longstanding relationships. In certain areas like Energy Services where the sector is by its nature 'global' we have experience beyond the UK and can think outside the box.

By applying the knowledge and views of our respected Research team, we aim to make the translation by our corporate brokers relevant to client situations.
Our strength is in knowledge gathering and translation, allowing us to hold relationships and make connections at the right time and for the right reasons.
Our team will provide data, analysis and appropriate strategic advice considering all scenarios, in close dialogue with client Boards and management teams, whilst linking with the ultimate owners.
Where appropriate we would also advise on strategy relating to stake building in target companies.
FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES
Gathering market and stock data and translating it into analysis for Boards, CEO's, and CFO's is a key task often overlooked, but our cornerstone.
We aim to be the eyes and ears of the client in the public market space.
Our team will aim to provide regular views and opinions on current and likely market conditions and prevailing institutional investor opinions.
We couple this to ongoing investor relations through all forms of communication including institutional presentations, company visits and conferences to existing and target shareholders.
We will routinely review the constituents on those lists.
We will act for client companies in arranging the sale and purchase of shares for Directors and staff, along with share buy backs.
Our team is only ever one call or email away and aims to become a specialist part of the Board and executive resource pool.
